We hope that you will not experience any problems whilst using NetSupport Products. However, in the event that you do have a problem and need to contact us we would be grateful if you could ensure you that you are able to provide us with the following information to assist in logging and resolving the issue as efficiently as possible:

  • Your Name and Company Name.
  • Details of how we can contact you (email address and/or telephone number.
  • The NetSupport Product and Version number(s) that you are using.
  • The Serial Number (if you have already purchased) of your NetSupport product.
  • Details of the operating system(s) your NetSupport product is installed on.
  • The Network Protocol being used by your NetSupport product.
  • Details of the Display Adapter installed in the machines(s) that your NetSupport product is running on (including Manufacturer, Model and Software driver version).
  • The frequency of this problem and number of machines displaying the problem.
  • A full description of the problem including details of any error messages or warnings that are displayed.
  • Any other information that you feel may help in the diagnosis of the problem.
