number(s) that you are using.

Serial Number (if you
have already purchased) of your NetSupport
product.
- Details of
the operating system(s) your NetSupport product is
installed on.
- The
Network Protocol being used by your NetSupport
product.
- Details of
the Display
Adapter installed in the machines(s) that your NetSupport
product is running on (including
Manufacturer, Model and Software driver
version).
- The
frequency of this problem and number of machines
displaying the problem.
- A full
description of the problem including details of any
error messages or warnings that are
displayed.
- Any other information that you feel may help in
the diagnosis of the
problem.
