NetSupport Training Academy

Accelerate your learning curve and maximize your NetSupport software investment by attending a training class at the NetSupport Academy. We offer training for beginners to experts, project teams and individual users in these convenient formats:

  • Classroom training at our facility that combines lectures, demonstrations and hands-on exercises

  • Interactive webinars featuring lectures, demos and real-time Q&A from participants

  • Custom onsite training held at your location led by a NetSupport certified instructor

We offer in-house training in our fully-equipped computer lab at our headquarters in Alpharetta, GA, just north of Atlanta.

Courses
We offer classroom courses on the following products; NetSupport Manager, NetSupport School, NetSupport DNA, NetSupport DNA Helpdesk and NetSupport Protect.

Each course, depending on the product that is being presented; lasts anywhere between 2 and 6 hours. The total amount of the training depends on the combination and number of courses that you choose.

Frequently Asked Questions

What are the training hours?
Classroom training begins at 9 a.m. and ends no later than 5 p.m., with one hour for lunch and two breaks during the day. In planning return flights, please remember that travel time to the Atlanta airport takes about 50 minutes during light traffic but can take longer during rush hour (between 4 p.m. to 7 p.m. on weekdays). Allow 2 hours on Fridays.

What is the dress code?
Dress is business casual. Wear comfortable clothing and bring a sweater or jacket in case the classroom is cool.

What material will I receive at training?
You will receive a Participant Guide and/or Lab Guide. Hard-copy NetSupport Reference Manuals for each product are also available for classroom use and can be downloaded from the NetSupport website for future reference. Students attending webinars are e-mailed presentation material when training is completed and the event evaluation form is returned to NetSupport.

What is your cancellation policy?
We require written notification 10 business days prior to the course to cancel or reschedule without charge. See below for more information.
