NetSupport training

Accelerate your learning curve and maximize your NetSupport software investment by attending the NetSupport Training Academy. We offer training for all levels of expertise and also cater towards individual users, small teams and groups in these convenient formats:

  • Personalized on-site training held at your location
  • Standard in-house lectures, demonstrations and hands-on exercises
  • Interactive web-based Question & Answer sessions between participants and the facilitator
On-site training sessions are very cost effective. They are best suited for beginning, intermediate and advanced users. You get the value of being trained based on your actual platform led by a NetSupport certified instructor.

In-house sessions are offered at our fully equipped headquarters located in Alpharetta, GA, just north of Atlanta. These best suit beginning, intermediate and advanced users. They are scheduled on pre-determined dates.

Web-based sessions are best suited for intermediate and advanced users. These are ad hoc Question and Answer sessions facilitated by a NetSupport certified instructor and scheduled on pre-determined dates.

Frequently Asked Questions

Classroom Training; what are the training hours for classroom training sessions?
Typically, between 9:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m with an hour for lunch and two short breaks. For In-house sessions, please refer to the airport travel time note.

What kind of material is distributed during training?
Standard NetSupport manuals can be downloaded free of charge as follow-along guides. Depending on the nature of the session, customized participant guides are distributed.

What resources are required for on-site training?

  • Over head Projector
  • Pre-installed and configured control and clients of software.
What resources are required for online training?
  • Overhead projector
  • PC with web access
  • Telephone with a speakerphone.
How far is the Airport?
The commute to Hartsford Jackson International Airport can take anywhere from 40 minutes during non-rush hour to 120 minutes or more during peak congestion time on the corridor (4 p.m. – 7 p.m) and on Fridays.

What is the dress code?
Business casual. Wear comfortable clothing and bring a sweater or jacket in case of cool conditions.

Is there a cancellation policy?
Yes. We require written notification 10 business days prior to the course to cancel or reschedule without charge. All costs incurred due to travel plan changes/cancellations will be billed to the client. See the chart below for more information:
